OK FURNITURE - HEAD OFFICE

I would like to bringing to your attention that the staff at the your branch in Eldorado park needs a lot of training, when it comes to customer service they are clueless or should I maybe say The OK's is clueless or just don't care. I mean the ones at the payment counter not all of them. I arrived there to make a payment and they are standing there engaging in a personal conversation and left me standing there, till they completed their conversation, when it was time to take the payment Henriatha gave me one look never attured a word, meaning never greeted or offered assistance I had to say I'm here to pay she gave one look with an attitude and was rude, please make your staff aware they are not doing us a favour but we paying their salaries. if that's how the OK's operate why don't you close down.
