My personal experience was horrible. I know the product is very good, no questions about it. The problem is they don't know how to treat their customers well. It doesn't mean that if you will return the item, you can no longer pay the said item. I have a valid reason that my mother decided me to go to school and I am the only one who is paying the said item. Of course, I will go to my future rather than a particular item that is not worth my future.
When I told one of their higher representative that I will return the said item, he asked if somebody can assume the item, I said nobody wants to assume it. They checked the item and they noticed that there are some parts that are changed, they started acting very rude. They are 3 boys and I am the only one they talked about ( I am a girl). I don't have an idea that it was my father who changed some parts without telling me. Before I return the item, I was from work and I don't have any idea that my father changed some parts. They acted very rude. They let me feel that I need to go to jail for what I have done! Also, instead we can talk about it inside the office, we talked outside with a lot of people looking at me. What is the use of your office? For displaying your items only? I feel like its one(me) versus three men. They even don't know how to respect their customers! Poor customer service!!
I am actually planning to buy a new item once I will become a professional teacher someday and I am planning to buy at Yamaha Consolacion but I changed my mind. I will NEVER EVER go back to that place again. Also, I will not recommend YAMAHA CONSOLACION EVER !!!!
