Tambunting Pawnshop - Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila

i had an items pawned in Tambunting Muntinlupa Branch but when i tried to redeem all of that the guy employee told me i can only redeem some because their Bolt is Lockd. How come sme of my stuffs would b out n smes r inside their Bolt?how cme they would tll to their cstumers that the stuffs they pawnd arent ready to redeem yet? Isn't their saying that the costumer s always right? Why would their supervisor left them without knwing hw to open their bolt incase theres costumers would come n wntd to redeem their stffs? How n whats gonna hppn f its the lastdy bfr d due bt they cnt gve u the item u pawnd? U wll jst cme bk d nxtdy n py the interest that u sppose nt to? This is all oftenly hppnd n this Branch!!!!
