Philpost - Ormoc City Post Office

I have received terrible service from this post office in the past seven years. I have had three ATM and credit cards stolen. Local court summons have arrived after the court date. Just recently I received twon letters on Feb 15 2013 that were post marked by the Ormoc Post Office on Jan02 and Jan 03, 2013
