I'm one of the citizen here at Bamban,Tarlac. Where in I would like to file a complaint against the government postal employees here at our local area.The post office is located at the 2nd floor in Bamban Market,Bamban,Tarlac 2317.Before the postal employee there was so kind and very helpful.But when they got him replaced,a new one has arrived and he is so arrogant whenever you ask him questions and very unhelpful.And based of what I know,post offices should notify the receiver of the package whenever his/her package has arrived.But to my dismay,they was no notifications was send to me.I even went there couple of times already and to the extent of providing my contact number for him to get me notified.
I originally came from manila and I was receiving and claiming packages as well but I never had a problem with any of their government postal employees there.They are usually
polite and very accommodating but here in Bamban,Tarlac,they have attitude problems and they arrogantly mistreating people.I wish and hope our Philippines Postal officials will look into this because it's really not good reputation
having this kind of people in your offices.And besides,to my knowledge they should know how to respect and treat people with politeness because we are paying taxes for you to have salaries.And I'm one of those people whose paying huge taxes for your wages.
