Sameta Lodges Ltd -Head Office

We booked in at the Sameta lodge outside Kisii and looked good. Thats where it ended. We waited for over an hour for our supper which was supposed to be pepper steak. Was shredded and beaten to death and tasted like nothing. That evening ran a bath and after 30m sec the water got cold. the geyser is a mere 23litres. You cant bath a cat with that. the following evening after an altercation at the pool we ordered supper. 1 1/2 hours later we enquired where our supper was and nothing had been done. We blew our tops and the manager "Lilian" begged and pleaded for another chance which we duly did. I have a kettle in the room which I use to supplement the puny geyser. the TV channels are hopeless to say the least. there is no night tables next to the beds, no telephone in the room, no kettle for coffee/tea. My collegue is in the "deluxe suit" where I took kettle from as he does not drink coffe in the mornings. the last 3 days there was no shampoo in the bathroom. theres no towel rail or toilet roll holderin the bathroom. this is supposed to be a 3 star lodge. When you order food,half the time they are sorry they havent got. Huh I wouldnt give it 1/2 a star. Very irate and pied off. to say the least
